If a product is out of stock, can I still order it?

Yes, absolutely! If you see something you like, and it is not currently in stock, send an email to hello@sundayrosehandmade.com and let us know! Creating our products in small batches allows us to better accommodate custom orders.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship Canada-wide! For our international friends - we are working towards making Sunday Rose Handmade available internationally within the coming year, so stay tuned!

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat rate of $15 per order across Canada. If you happen to live in the Halifax area (HRM), or along the South Shore of Nova Scotia, we offer FREE LOCAL PICK UP! Just choose your area’s shipping option at checkout.

When should I expect my order?

Orders are shipped out twice per week, on Mondays & Wednesdays. Orders placed on or after Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, all orders are accompanied by a tracking number. Please provide your email address at checkout to receive your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of purchase. In the event of an adverse reaction or sensitivity, returns or exchanges are issued at our discretion.

Please note that we cannot issue any refunds relating to the shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return.
